Jadon's Be Prepared Discussion

Posted on Oct 13 2015 - 8:40pm

At tonight's meeting, Jadon led a great discussion on how to be prepared for a camping trip.  He discussed what to pack and how to dress.  Please refer to the Winter Packing list on the Activities Section of the website for a complete list.  Mr. Steinhauser reminded us that the most important item is a good sleeping bag (0-20 F bag), check out Boy's Life for a detailed description of a "good" sleeping bag and other product comparisons.

Scouting for Food is just around the corner

Posted on Oct 13 2015 - 8:32pm

"Scouting for Food" is a national scouting service day, where Boy Scouts around the country collect canned goods for local food pantries.  This year we will distribute fliers on Sat 11/7 from 8-11 am.  Food Collection will be one week later on 11/14 from 8-11 am.  Meet at St Paul's church.  We need lots of parents  (10+) and all scouts to participate.

Annual Medical Forms

Posted on Jan 13 2015 - 10:07am

All scouts and adult volunteers need an Annual Medical form on file.  The form may be accessed by clicking on Forms under MENU at the left of this screen.   Scouts who attended camp within the past year have the required forms complete. The annual form does not require a physician's signature.  Please complete as soon as possible.
