Who: We are a Boy Scout Troop with a passion for the outdoors serving boys

11-17 years old in the Concord, NH area.

What: We are a boy-led troop that promotes community service, leadership,

character, responsibility, adventure, and most of all – fun!

When: We meet every Tuesday 7:00-8:15 pm

Where: at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, lower level;

21 Centre St in Concord, NH

Popcorn Sales

Scouts go sell popcorn!!  Commission from popcorn sales provides 50% of our troops annual funds!!  Troop 88 is asking each scout to sell as much poopcorn as he can.  The incentive this year, for every scout who sells $375 of popcorn, his annual $60 troop registration fee will be waived.  You should have received order forms in the mail or you can pick one up at the meeting.  Take orders and collect money at the same time (cash or checks payable to:  BSA Troop 88)  Orders are due Oct 20 and product arrives mid-November.  Questions see Mrs Smith.

NH Jamboree is right around the corner!!  Oct 9-11 at NH Motor Speedway in Loudon.  Check out the NH Jambo webite for a previrew of the weekend!!.  Keep an eye on your email inbox for detailed permission forms/ waivers from Mr Linquata. Swim Requirements for 2nd class and 1st class

Jake Linquata is organizing pool time at the Concord YMCA for anyone who needs to complete swimming requirements for 2nd class or 1st class ranks.  Can you jump into deepend and swim 4 laps without stopping?  Can you demonstrate rescue techniques without getting in the water?  Can you completet he BSA swim test?  Talk to Jake at the next meeting.

Annual Medical Forms

All scouts and adult volunteers need an Annual Medical form on file.  The form may be accessed by clicking on Forms under MENU at the left of this screen.   Scouts who attended camp within the past year have the required forms complete. The annual form does not require a physician's signature.  Please complete as soon as possible.
